"I remember my first Mosaic International Labour Day weekend in West Virginia in 2001. It was thrilling meeting all these amazing people and there were all these great events to take part in: a tour of architect Frank Lloyd Wright's masterpiece house "Fallingwaters" and white water rafting -- all new and exciting experiences.  And the area around the camp was so lush!  As a Canadian, I was used to colder lakes and was shocked when I first swam in that Virginian lake and it felt so warm -- like a bath --

~ Julie S., Mosaic member, Ottawa, Canada

"To me, the International Event over Labor Day weekend has become very special.  It's about exploring a new place, seeing old friends and meeting new ones, and getting a chance to do things I don't normally get to do, like hike in the hills, try a rope slide, rock climb, canoe and whitewater raft -- or just sit around the campfire after an active day toasting marshmallows to a guitar sing-a-long.
These are memories I hold dear!"

~ Elisa T., Mosaic member, Boca Raton, Florida

"The International Event is a trip you'll remember your whole life -- especially the people you meet.  If you're new to the outdoors -- or even if you're not -- taking a trip with Mosaic is a unique opportunity to travel with people that really know and love nature.  Mosaic members include world class photographers, biologists, scientists, activists and environmentalists.  And you'll make great friends, as I did, with extremely knowledgeable outdoor enthusiasts from all over the world."

~ Andrew W., Mosaic member, Gainesville, Florida
